This Pteronadon was brought back to life by Wilder Machine Shop refurbished the character by remaking the eye mechanisms, molded new teeth and talons, painted the talons and made all new bronze flanged bushings. Also to eliminate washers, we made thicker flanged bushings, replaced all cylinders. Tested and adjusted flow controls for all movements. Also made a lifting mechanism and sewed skin back up and silicone with pigment to get the proper colors.

This is a Sitting Gorilla Wilder Machine Shop refurbished for the Animal Kingdom Rainforest Cafe in Orlando. First they made a noncorrosive plastic platform for the sitting gorilla. So the misting of the water no longer affects the platform. They also remade all of the mechanisms that were bad, replaced all pneumatic cylinders and replaced all 24 V DC solenoids and replaced all push fittings. They cut and sewed all new fur and molded new silicone parts for the face, hands and feet.. They then tested and adjusted all movements and flow controls. They also re-plumbed the system with all new polyethylene flexible tubing.
