Our custom machining options may even improve your overall design. We are excellent at problem solving whether you need a fixture or a Jig for your production line, we can help. Wilder Machine Shop can engineer any custom machined parts made from superior materials. Our experienced engineer can assess your problem and develop a solution to satisfy all needs necessary since our lead engineer has over 30 years experience.

At Wilder Machine Shop, we can produce specialty parts like one we made for a wheelchair linear actuator. The original piece was pot metal aluminum and we redesigned the part in solid aluminum construction.

Lathe Work

We can turn simple to complex parts with right hand threads, left hand threads with tapers, radius, etc for any industry.

CNC Milling Services

Wilder Machine shop can create simple parts to very complex with basic programs all the way up to multi-layered detailed programs with the Bob CAD interface.

Tig Welding

Our engineer can Tig weld steels, stainless steel, and aluminum repairs as well as remake and fabricate.

EDM Machining

Using the EDM Machine, our engineer can make various complex parts for injection molding, dies or custom parts for Marine, ATV, Motorcycles and more.. Hardened parts or soft.

Metal Heat Treat Services

The heat treat oven can be used to anneal work hardened metal. It can also be used to harden parts or tools that have been caught in a repetitive use environment.

Hydraulic Press Services

This is the custom part we engineered a replacement for a wheelchair linear actuator to raise and lower the wheelchair seat.

Each project request is reviewed by our engineer and a free estimate is generated. Projects are paid in two phases. Phase one is the initial deposit that covers the materials and initial labor. Initial deposits on projects are non-refundable if the customer discontinues or cancels the project.
