Dust Covers for Trotter Wheel Assembly

These are dust covers for the trotter wheels of a harness racing assembly. One bearing dust cover was lost so we had to make a new one. There is one cover per side and they thread on to an axle as you can see int he picture of the wheel assembly.

This project began on the Lathe where the piece was faced, drilled and tapped. It then continued to the CNC Milling Machine where the piece was then a square was cut for a wrench to tighten or loosen and a circular pocket was then milled to complete the project.
