At Wilder Machine Shop, we can produce specialty parts like one we made for a wheelchair linear actuator. The original piece was pot metal aluminum and we redesigned the part in solid aluminum construction.

These are dust covers for the trotter wheels of a harness racing assembly. One bearing dust cover was lost so we had to make a new one. This was an animatroic project Mark completed for the Animal Kingdom Rainforest. Mark remodeled all of the mechanisms for the mechanical operation of the Gorilla’s motions. All pneumatic cylinders needed to be replaced. He built a new motion control box with solenoids to make the character animate. Mark used his Lathe to modify these ATV Spacers to make a wheel size adjustment. This customer was changing his wide 4 wheeler tires to narrow tires. He had spacers to make the narrow tires the same width as the wide tires. The spacers locate on to the centering ring of the hub. But the inside of the hole of the spacers was to narrow.
